Hydrography (shapefile) Hydrography (geodatabase) Streams digitized from DTM and Lidar data and topographic contours. The "streams" include drainageway patterns and coincide in developed areas with stormwater features. They are attributed by drainage area and whether they are features on USGS or Soil Survey maps. Water bodies include ponds, lakes, and double-line streams.
Stream Buffers (shapefile) These files are in shapefile (.shp) format. The stream buffers are two shapefiles representing the areas regulated by the ordinance as zone 1 and zone 2. They are calculated based on the type of stream, as attributed in the stream layer.
Steep Slopes (shapefile)
These files are in shapefile (.shp) format. The steep slopes were calculated from 2003 DTM data.
Tree Cover (shapefile) These files are in shapefile (.shp) format. The tree cover was digitized from 2017 aerial photography and has polygons characterized as hardwood, mixed hardwood and pine, and pine.
Building Footprints (shapefile) Building footprints updated with permit data. These are a shapefile (.shp) and are updated monthly.
